Adult Bible Fellowships

Adult Bible Fellowships (ABFs) are homogeneous (by life stage), middle-size groups deployed to accomplish the following F-E-A-T:

F    – Fellowship (to develop caring and friendly relationships among members)

E    – Evangelism (to organise creative events to reach our unbelieving friends and relatives for Christ)

A    – Assimilation (to incorporate newcomers into our fellowship)

T    – Teaching (to offer curricular Christian education to members)

Small groups are our primary disciplemaking vehicle to effect life change and promote spiritual growth through careful instruction, intimate relationships and loving accountability.

Small groups accomplish the above intent by taking each disciple sequentially through the following phases:

B    – to Believe (to attract unbelievers to Christ)

E    – to be Established (to transform the believer into a functional disciple)

S    – to Serve (to develop the disciple into a loyal and faithful steward)

T    – to Train (to equip the disciple to reproduce)
