What is CHC?
CHC is an annual holiday programme organised by GEFC. Over three days, children aged 6 to 12 (Kindergarten 2 to Primary 6) will learn about a theme applicable to their daily life, hear stories from the Bible, engage in art and craft, participate in fun games, sing and dance to exciting music, and go outdoors for an exciting excursion.
Is CHC only for child(ren) who attend church?
Not at all! CHC is for all children aged 6-12. We extend a warm welcome to children who are not currently attending church.
Can parents join their child(ren) at CHC?
This is a children-only program. Please be assured that our team will take good care of your child(ren). You may look forward to hearing about your child(ren)’s experience each day when you pick them up in the evening!
Will my child(ren) be in the same group as their friends or siblings?
Groups will be formed across age groups to encourage intermingling and promote mutual care and respect. Children will be allocated to groups at the discretion of the CHC team. Even if your child(ren) are not in the same group as their friends and/or siblings, they’ll be able to participate in many fun activities while making new friends!
Will food be provided?
There will be food catered for both tea breaks as well as lunch. To encourage our children to be sustainable, we would like children to bring their own lunch box. If your child has any special diet or food allergy, please let us know via your registration form. If we are unable to accommodate his/her requirements, please pack food and snacks for him/her to consume during the camp.
What does the registration fee cover?
Registration fees are inclusive of our fun programme and materials, the cost of the excursion, as well as daily food and drinks. If you have difficulties with the cost of registration, please write to us at gefc.chc@gmail.com or contact us at +65 88503103.
How do I register my child(ren) for CHC?
You may register your child(ren) via this Google Form https://forms.gle/pxeZwHnmcjqsKP4a6. Each form can be used to register up to three children. For security reasons, we ask that parents sign their own child(ren) up.
How do I make payment?
Payment can be made either via PayNow or bank transfer. The instructions can be found in our registration form.
If I’m not able to make payment via PayNow or bank transfer, what should I do?
Please contact us at gefc.chc@gmail.com or +65 88503103.
How do I know if my registration has been received?
Please note that only completed registrations (i.e. a completed registration form AND payment made) will be considered. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 10 days of your form submission, to confirm receipt of your registration form and fee payment.
How do I receive updates about CHC and who do I contact if I have queries?
Please ensure that your email address and contact number are entered correctly in your registration form. We will be communicating updates with you via these means. If you have any queries about CHC, please feel free to reach out to us at gefc.chc@gmail.com.
What happens to the personal information that we have submitted in the registration form?
